Ingredients :
- 3 tablespoons of traditional wholegrain mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2/5 cup of butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/8 lbs of parmesan cheese
- 1 and 1/3 cups of flour
Preparation :
- Mix melted butter, egg yolk, parmesan cheese and mustard in a bowl.
- Add flour and salt. If necessary mix the dough with your hands in order to get an homogeoneous dough
- Spread the dough on a floured work surface with a thickness of 2 or 3 millimeters (0.10 inch)
- Cut into diamonds.
- Spread crackers on a sheet of greaseproof paper and put in the oven for 15 minutes. Crackers should be crispy.
