Ingredients :

  • 3 tablespoons of traditional wholegrain mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2/5 cup of butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/8 lbs of parmesan cheese
  • 1 and 1/3 cups of flour

Preparation :

  • Mix melted butter, egg yolk, parmesan cheese and mustard in a bowl.
  • Add flour and salt. If necessary mix the dough with your hands in order to get an homogeoneous dough
  • Spread the dough on a floured work surface with a thickness of 2 or 3 millimeters (0.10 inch)
  • Cut into diamonds.
  • Spread crackers on a sheet of greaseproof paper and put in the oven for 15 minutes. Crackers should be crispy.
