4 seasons

Ingredients :

  • 1 and 1/5 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 lbs of creamy tofu
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (or honey)
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk

Preparation :

  • In a big bowl, blend the creamy tofu.
  • Then, add the almond milk and the oil. Mix it with a whisk.
  • Then, add vanilla, baking powder, flour, agave syrup and salt, and mix all.
  • Pour a ladle of dough in a hot pan and return the pancake after a few minutes of cooking. Repeat this until the dough is finished.
