- 1 and 1/5 cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 lbs of creamy tofu
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (or honey)
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- In a big bowl, blend the creamy tofu.
- Then, add the almond milk and the oil. Mix it with a whisk.
- Then, add vanilla, baking powder, flour, agave syrup and salt, and mix all.
- Pour a ladle of dough in a hot pan and return the pancake after a few minutes of cooking. Repeat this until the dough is finished.
