Seasons are given for information only. Some fruits and vegetables can often extend their seasonality, depending on varietals and localities, inquire.
- 1 cup of orange juice or 2 oranges
- 1/2 cup of yoghurt
- 1/5 cup of maple syrup
- 1 banana
- Cut the banana.
- Put every ingredient in a blender and blend everything during 2 minutes until the mix is homogenous.
- To drink in the morning :)
