Ingredients :

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/8 lbs chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2/5 cup of almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 and 1/5 cups of flour
  • 1 big handle of hazelnuts
  • 1 big handful of pecan nuts

Preparation :

  • In a bowl, mix flour, cassonade, baking powder and salt.
  • Then add eggs, milk, melted butter, honey and mashed bananas. Mix everything.
  • Break roughly walnuts, they shouldn't be whole. Cut some chocolate chips and add nuts and chocolate to the dougth.
  • Pour the mix in a cake pan.
  • Put in the oven at 180°C during 45 minutes. Check the banana bread is cooked by sinking a knife in the cake - it should be almost clean.
