Ingredients :

  • 1/2 inch of fresh ginger
  • 1 yoghurt
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 kiwis

Preparation :

  • Peel apple, kiwis and ginger and cut them in cube shapes.
  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend all.
