Ingredients :
- 1/2 inch of fresh ginger
- 1 yoghurt
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 kiwis
Preparation :
- Peel apple, kiwis and ginger and cut them in cube shapes.
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend all.
