Ingredients :

  • 1 cup of orange juice or 2 oranges
  • 1/2 cup of yoghurt
  • 1/5 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 banana

Preparation :

  • Cut the banana.
  • Put every ingredient in a blender and blend everything during 2 minutes until the mix is homogenous.
  • To drink in the morning :)
