Black radish tzatziki

The advice : For those who don't know what the black radish is, it tastes the same than the (pink) radish.
Seasons are given for information only. Some fruits and vegetables can often extend their seasonality, depending on varietals and localities, inquire.
- Half black radish (or one little black radish)
- 1 yogurt
- 1 branch of mint
- Olive oil and salt
- Pell the black radish and grate it finely.
- In a bowl mix the black radish with the yoghurt and the chopped mint.
- Season the tzatziki with olive oil and salt.
- Serve in toasts.
