Ingredients :
- 1/5 cup of sugar
- 3/5 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 2/5 cup of salted butter
- 3 and 1/5 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
Preparation :
- Mix the yeast with the tepid milk. Wait 10 minutes and mix it. The yeast should be completely dissolve in the milk.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and sugars.
- Add in the bowl the milk mix and the eggs. Mix well and when the dough is homogenous, add melted butter and knead the dough by hands.
- Cover the bowl with a dish towel. Wait for the dough to rise during 2 hours.
- Make the dough flat and separate the dough into 10. Shape 10 small breads.
- In a glass mix some milk with vanilla sugar and paint breads with a brush.
- Make cuts with a knife in every bread. Bake in the over during 12 minutes at 356°F (180°C)
