Ingredients :

  • Around 60 rigatoni pasta
  • 1/8 lbs of minced meat
  • Grated mozzarella
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • Salt and olive oil

Preparation :

  • Cook pastas in a saucepan with boiling salted water.
  • Cook the meat in a hot pan, then add tomatoes sauce in the pan.
  • Once pasta cooked, drip-dry them and add olive oil.
  • Put 2 pastry circles on a plate covered with greaseproof paper
  • Put vertically inside circles one pasta per one. Press them as more as you can.
  • Add sauce on the top of pastas, then add grated mozzarella.
  • Put in the oven during 10 minutes at 180°C, the cheese should be melted or crispy.
