With a big pastry circle, you can make a dish for 4 to 6 people.

4 seasons
Ingredients :
- Around 60 rigatoni pasta
- 1/8 lbs of minced meat
- Grated mozzarella
- 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
- Salt and olive oil
Preparation :
- Cook pastas in a saucepan with boiling salted water.
- Cook the meat in a hot pan, then add tomatoes sauce in the pan.
- Once pasta cooked, drip-dry them and add olive oil.
- Put 2 pastry circles on a plate covered with greaseproof paper
- Put vertically inside circles one pasta per one. Press them as more as you can.
- Add sauce on the top of pastas, then add grated mozzarella.
- Put in the oven during 10 minutes at 180°C, the cheese should be melted or crispy.
