Greek lentils salad

I did it, Yummy !
Seasons are given for information only. Some fruits and vegetables can often extend their seasonality, depending on varietals and localities, inquire.
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/3 cup of lentils
- 1 branch of basil
- 1/4 lbs feta cheese
- Some black olivs
- Olive oil and salt
- half cucumber
- 1 quarter of red onion
- Cook lentils in boiled water in a saucepan during 30 minutes. Dry them and let cool.
- Dice tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese.
- Chop the red onion finely
- Chop basil
- Mix all ingredients all together and season to your own taste. (olive oil, salt)
