I wanna do it!
I did it, Yummy !
- 1 yoghurt
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 red peppers
- 1/4 lbs feta cheese
- Some oregano
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Wash peppers, dice them and fry in the pan with oliv oil. Squeeze the garlic clove. Cook during 15 minutes and let cool.
- Put peppers, crumbled feta cheese, yoghurt, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix all. According to appearance and taste you got, you can add olive oil, yoghurt or spices.
- Taste in on toasts during pre-dinner drinks (aperitif) or with pastas.
