Ingredients :

For the squash

  • 1 squash (1 and 1/2 lbs)
  • Half goat's cheese log
  • Salt

For the crumble dough

  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • Sesame seeds
  • 1/8 lbs of parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/5 cup of olive oil

Preparation :

For the squash

  • Cut the red kuri squash in 2, remove seeds and cut it in small pieces.
  • Steam the squash for 10/15 minutes.
  • In a leaf of greaseproof paper, put some baking circles. Inside, put some pieces of squash (around 3 cm heigh) and salt it.
  • Cut the goat cheese and put them in the squash.

For the crumble dough

  • In a bowl, mix all the crumble dough ingredients with a fork.
  • You should get a crumble texture. If the texture is too much crumbly, add oil, in the opposite, you can add more flour.
  • Add some crumble dough in every circle
  • Bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes.
