Summer
Ingredients :
- 2 lbs of apricots
- 4 and 2/5 cups of sugar
Preparation :
- Pour abricots cut in 4 without stones, and the sugar in a cooking pot. Let the fruits macerate for 1 day.
- Cook slowly for 40 minutes approximately.
- Pour jam in jars and turn them back. Wait until they are cold.
