Ingredients :

  • 2 lbs of blackberries
  • 3 and 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 and 3/5 cup of water

Preparation :

  • Boil water with sugar for 10 minutes, than add washed blackberries.
  • Cook them for 40 to 45 minutes and mix the jam frequently until you got a thick jam.
  • Pour the jam in boiled jars (jars should be boiled to be sterilised)
  • Close quickly jars.
