Raw vegetables salad with quinoa and lentil

The advice : Cook it just before eating in order to get fresh raw vegetables.
Seasons are given for information only. Some fruits and vegetables can often extend their seasonality, depending on varietals and localities, inquire.
- 1/3 cup of lentils
- Some olivs
- 2 carrots
- 1/4 lbs feta cheese
- half red onions
- 1/4 lbs of quinoa
- half cucumber
- 1/2 green pepper
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- 1/2 red pepper
- Cook separately lentils and quinoa about 15 minutes each.
- Peel and chop all vegetables. Cut feta cheese into dices.
- Leave to cool lentils and quinoa. Mix all ingredients.
- Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Taste it fresh !
