Ingredients :
For the squash
- 1 squash (1 and 1/2 lbs)
- Half goat's cheese log
- Salt
For the crumble dough
- 1/2 cup of flour
- Sesame seeds
- 1/8 lbs of parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 1/5 cup of olive oil
Preparation :
For the squash
- Cut the red kuri squash in 2, remove seeds and cut it in small pieces.
- Steam the squash for 10/15 minutes.
- In a leaf of greaseproof paper, put some baking circles. Inside, put some pieces of squash (around 3 cm heigh) and salt it.
- Cut the goat cheese and put them in the squash.
For the crumble dough
- In a bowl, mix all the crumble dough ingredients with a fork.
- You should get a crumble texture. If the texture is too much crumbly, add oil, in the opposite, you can add more flour.
- Add some crumble dough in every circle
- Bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes.
