Ingredients :
For the plums
- 1 and 1/2 lbs of plums
- 1 lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar
For the crumble dough
- 2/5 cup of flour
- 1/6 cup of honey
- 2/5 cup of ground almond
- 1/8 lbs flacked almonds
- 1/5 cup of soft butter
- 2/3 cup of sugar
Preparation :
For the plums
- Stone plums. Cut them into small pieces and put them in shot glasses. Add some lemon juice and dust them with sugar.
For the crumble dough
- In a big bowl, mix all ingredients except amandes effilées.
- Cover plums with the crumble dough, and dust crumbles with flaked almonds. Bake in the oven for 20/25 minutes at 180°C/356°F, until crumbles are brown.
