Ingredients :

For the plums

  • 1 and 1/2 lbs of plums
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

For the crumble dough

  • 2/5 cup of flour
  • 1/6 cup of honey
  • 2/5 cup of ground almond
  • 1/8 lbs flacked almonds
  • 1/5 cup of soft butter
  • 2/3 cup of sugar

Preparation :

For the plums

  • Stone plums. Cut them into small pieces and put them in shot glasses. Add some lemon juice and dust them with sugar.

For the crumble dough

  • In a big bowl, mix all ingredients except amandes effilées.
  • Cover plums with the crumble dough, and dust crumbles with flaked almonds. Bake in the oven for 20/25 minutes at 180°C/356°F, until crumbles are brown.
