Apple and cinnamon compote

- 1 and 3/5 cup of water
- 2 lbs of apple
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Wash and cut apples in big pieces.
- Put apples in a sauce pan with water and cinnamon.
- Cook apples for 20 minutes. Check apple cooking, them should be soft.
- Mix apple with water a long time to get a smooth compote.
