Ingredients :
For the biscuits
- 1 cup of ground almond
- 1 egg white
- A pinch of salt
- 4/5 cup of icing sugar
For the icing
- 1/2 cup of icing sugar
- 1/2 white egg
Preparation :
For the biscuits
- In a bowl, mix the ground almonds, icing sugar and salt.
- Than, add the white egg, mix the dough until you got a "ball"
- Cover the dough with film and put it into the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Spread the dough to get a thickness of 2 mm on a kitchen counter with icing sugar to avoir the dough to stick.
- Cut the dough with a pastry cutter and put biscuits in a baking tray.
For the icing
- Mix in a bowl the white egg and the icing sugar until you got a mixture not too liquid.
- With a brush, spread the icing in every biscuits.
- Let the biscuits rest for 1 hour.
- Cook the biscuits at 180°C/356°F for 10 minutes.
