Ingredients :

For the muffins

  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 4/5 cup of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • 2 apples
  • 1 and 1/3 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • One pinch of salt
  • 1 egg

For the crumble dough

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/6 cup of butter
  • 1/5 cup of flour

Preparation :

For the muffins

  • In a big bowl, mix the milk, the egg, honey and oil.
  • Then, add flour, salt and baking powder and mix it quickly.
  • Cut the apples in small dices and add them to the dough.
  • Put this dough in individual muffins tins.

For the crumble dough

  • Mix the ingredients of the crumble all together (butter should be soft).
  • Put some of this dough at the top of every muffin, and bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 25 minutes.
