Seasons are given for information only. Some fruits and vegetables can often extend their seasonality, depending on varietals and localities, inquire.
- 2 lbs of blackberries
- 3 and 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1 and 3/5 cup of water
- Boil water with sugar for 10 minutes, than add washed blackberries.
- Cook them for 40 to 45 minutes and mix the jam frequently until you got a thick jam.
- Pour the jam in boiled jars (jars should be boiled to be sterilised)
- Close quickly jars.
