- 3 cups of water
- 4/5 cup coco milk
- Salt and pepper
- 1.3 lbs of carrots (around 5)
- 2 potatoes
- Peel carrots and potatoes and cut them in dices.
- Cook the vegetables in a saucepan with the salty water during 20 minutes. You should be able to put a knife into the vegaetables.
- Add coco-milk and salt and pepper. Blend everything and eat !
