4 seasons

Ingredients :

  • 3 cups of water
  • 4/5 cup coco milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1.3 lbs of carrots (around 5)
  • 2 potatoes

Preparation :

  • Peel carrots and potatoes and cut them in dices.
  • Cook the vegetables in a saucepan with the salty water during 20 minutes. You should be able to put a knife into the vegaetables.
  • Add coco-milk and salt and pepper. Blend everything and eat !
