Roasted pineapple with honey and cinnamon

- 1 pineapple
- 8 tablespoons of honey
- Cut the bottom and pineapple leaves.
- Cut pineapple into 8 slices.
- For every segment of pineapple, remove the center (which is harder) and cut some slices (without cuting the peel).
- Put pineapple segments in a platter. Pour a tablespoon of honey in every segment.
- Dust pineapple with cinnamon and bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 30 minutes.
