Ingredients :

  • 1 pineapple
  • 8 tablespoons of honey
  • Cinnamon

Preparation :

  • Cut the bottom and pineapple leaves.
  • Cut pineapple into 8 slices.
  • For every segment of pineapple, remove the center (which is harder) and cut some slices (without cuting the peel).
  • Put pineapple segments in a platter. Pour a tablespoon of honey in every segment.
  • Dust pineapple with cinnamon and bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 30 minutes.
