The advice : If ajvar is in a sterilized jar, it is preserved for a long time.

- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 red peppers
- Olive oil
- 2 eggplants
- Wash peppers, cut them in 2 and remove the seeds. Cut half peppers in a hotplate.
- Wash the eggplants, cut the in 2 and add them into the hotplate.
- Put in the oven at 180°C during 30 minutes.
- Let the vegetables cool down and peel them. Vegetable skin should be very easy to remove.
- Blend everything with garlic and olive oil.
- If necessary, add salt and pepper.
- Put ajvar in sterilized jar in order to preserve the ajvar
- Keep the jar in the fridge once it is open.
