- 6 egg yolks
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 teaspoon of cornflour
- 1 vanilla pod
- 2/5 cup of sugar
- Boil the milk in a saucepan with a vanilla pod slice into two pieces. Warm up during few minutes
- Mix the egg yolk with sugar and cornflour in a bowl, add the hot milk step by step in the bowl.
- Pour in the saucepan, cook by mixing in with a low heat. Once the cream is cooked
- Pour the cream on a cold container and keep it in the fridge.
