seasons
Seasons are given for information only. Some fruits and vegetables can often extend their seasonality, depending on varietals and localities, inquire.

Ingredients :
For the biscuits
- 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate
- 1 cup of soft butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 9/10 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/5 cup of muscovado sugar (very brown)
- 3 and 2/3 cups of flour
To finish
- 2/5 cup of sugar
- 3 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation :
For the biscuits
- In a big bowl, mix butter and sugar. We should have a creamy mix.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Mix everything.
- Then add the flour bit by bit (it could be toot much and not enough), and mix. We should have a smooth dough and we should be able to make some small ball.
- Let the dough rest during 30 minutes.
To finish
- Mix sugar and cinnamon.
- With the dough, make some small balls (around 2 cm diameter)
- Roll the balls into the mix of cinnamon sugar and flatten them carefully.
- Put the biscuits in a baking sheet and put in the oven at 150°C during 15/20 minutes. Biscuits should be brown but soft inside.
