4 seasons

Ingredients :

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of cornflour
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 2/5 cup of sugar

Preparation :

  • Boil the milk in a saucepan with a vanilla pod slice into two pieces. Warm up during few minutes
  • Mix the egg yolk with sugar and cornflour in a bowl, add the hot milk step by step in the bowl.
  • Pour in the saucepan, cook by mixing in with a low heat. Once the cream is cooked
  • Pour the cream on a cold container and keep it in the fridge.
