Ingredients :

  • 3 tablespoons of fresh cheese with garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of pine nuts of sunflower seeds
  • 3 zucchini
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation :

  • Chop zucchini into big cubes.
  • Boil one cup of water in a casserole dish, add the cube stock, dissolve it in the water and add zucchini. Let cook during 20 minutes.
  • Remove the casserole dish from the heat, add basil leaves and the fresh cheese. Blend everything.
  • Serve the cream soup with grilled pine nuts and sunflower seeds.
