Zucchini cream soup

Seasons are given for information only. Some fruits and vegetables can often extend their seasonality, depending on varietals and localities, inquire.
- 3 tablespoons of fresh cheese with garlic
- 2 tablespoons of pine nuts of sunflower seeds
- 3 zucchini
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- Salt, pepper
- Chop zucchini into big cubes.
- Boil one cup of water in a casserole dish, add the cube stock, dissolve it in the water and add zucchini. Let cook during 20 minutes.
- Remove the casserole dish from the heat, add basil leaves and the fresh cheese. Blend everything.
- Serve the cream soup with grilled pine nuts and sunflower seeds.
