Ingredients :

  • 2/5 cup of flour
  • 1/3 lbs of apple compote
  • 1 and 1/6 cup of dark chocolate (200 g)
  • 1/5 cup of sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs

Preparation :

  • Melt chocolate slowly in a saucepan.
  • In a big bowl, mix eggs and sugar. Then add melted chocolate and mix it.
  • Then add the apple compote, then the flour and salt. Mix the dough.
  • Butter a cake pan. Pour the dough in the cake pan.
  • Bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes. The cake should be melty inside.
