- 2/5 cup of flour
- 1/3 lbs of apple compote
- 1 and 1/6 cup of dark chocolate (200 g)
- 1/5 cup of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- Melt chocolate slowly in a saucepan.
- In a big bowl, mix eggs and sugar. Then add melted chocolate and mix it.
- Then add the apple compote, then the flour and salt. Mix the dough.
- Butter a cake pan. Pour the dough in the cake pan.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes. The cake should be melty inside.
